Terms of Service

By accessing byteroot.dev or purchasing any product or service from Byteroot LLC ("Byteroot", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Byteroot provides digital software products including Discord bot licenses, custom development services, FiveM scripts, and SaaS dashboard tools. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing bans or limits are prohibited.

All purchases are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). VAT or local taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your payment method.

Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software product for your own personal or commercial use, subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute license keys.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from delivered products unless source code was explicitly included in the purchase.
• You may not use our products to violate Discord's Terms of Service, any applicable law, or any third-party platform's terms.
• License keys are tied to your account and may not be transferred to another person.

For custom development engagements, a separate project agreement or scope document may be provided. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Byteroot retains the right to reuse generic, non-client-specific code components in future projects. Client-specific business logic is kept confidential.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and license revocation without refund.

All original content on byteroot.dev — including text, design, logos, and source code — is the property of Byteroot LLC and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission.

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byteroot LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
